This policy explains what CBM Business Solutions LLC ("CBM," "we") collects through cbmbusiness.com and how we use it. Questions go to shawn@cbmbusiness.com or 518-249-5064.
What we collect
- What you type into our forms: your name, email, phone, business name, and any answers you give about your business, such as time in business, revenue range, funding amount and purpose.
- How you found us: the page you first landed on, the site that referred you, and campaign tags in the link (for example utm_source). These are stored in your browser and sent with a form only if you submit one.
- Basic visit statistics: page views measured by Vercel Web Analytics, which does not use cookies and does not identify you personally.
How we use it
- To reply to you and provide the services you ask about.
- To evaluate which credit-building steps or funding programs may fit your business.
- To send you follow-up emails and, if you checked the consent box, calls and text messages. Reply STOP to any text to opt out.
- To understand which pages and marketing channels are useful.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business (our CRM, email and text platforms, our website host, and the Lendavo platform if you enroll in CBM Funding Max), and with lenders or funding partners for programs you choose to pursue, with your permission. We may also disclose information when the law requires it.
Text messages
Mobile numbers and text-message consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help.
Keeping it safe
Forms are sent over an encrypted connection, and access to your information is limited to the people who need it to serve you. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, by emailing shawn@cbmbusiness.com.
Children
This site is for business owners and is not directed to anyone under 18.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
