Business loans matched to your file

We are a consultant, not a lender. We look at your business the way lenders do, then match you with programs from our lender network that you can actually get, before you take a hard inquiry.

The directory

Every business is on a different floor. Here is what each program is for and what to know before you apply.

ProgramBest forKnow this first
Term loansA set amount for a specific project, paid back on a fixed schedule.Bank terms need time in business and solid revenue. Alternative lenders move faster at a higher cost.
SBA loansEstablished businesses that want long terms and lower rates.Government-backed through approved lenders. The paperwork is heavier and approval can take weeks.
Business lines of creditOngoing working capital you draw only when you need it.You pay interest on what you use. Limits grow with your business credit file and revenue.
Equipment financingTrucks, machines, kitchens and tools the business needs to earn. The equipment usually secures the loan, which can make approval easier for newer businesses.
Startup financingNew businesses without much history or revenue yet.Options are narrower and lean on the owner’s credit. Building business credit early widens them.
Revenue-based financingBusinesses with steady deposits that need capital quickly.Approval rests on bank statements more than credit scores. Read the total cost before you sign.
Invoice factoringB2B businesses waiting 30 to 90 days on customer invoices. You get cash for unpaid invoices now in exchange for a fee. Your customers’ credit matters more than yours.
Merchant cash advanceCard-heavy businesses that need very fast money. One of the most expensive options, repaid from daily sales. We only point you here with eyes open.
Commercial real estateBuying, refinancing or building the property you operate from.Expect a down payment and a full look at the business and the property.
Franchise and acquisition fundingBuying a franchise or an existing business.Often SBA-backed. Lenders weigh the franchise or the seller’s track record along with yours.
Inventory financingStocking up for a busy season or a big order. The inventory backs the loan, and the amount follows its value.

Why owners use a consultant

Applying everywhere at once stacks hard inquiries on your credit and can get you declined for things you would have qualified for a few months later. We look at your entity setup, business credit, bank statements and personal credit first, then send you only to the programs that fit.

If the honest answer is “not yet,” you hear that too, along with what to fix. Many owners start with CBM Funding Max and come back for bank funding once the file is ready.

Business loan questions

What is the monthly payment on a $50,000 business loan?

It depends on the rate and the term. As an example, $50,000 at 10 percent over five years is about $1,062 a month, and over three years about $1,613 a month. Shorter-term and alternative loans can cost far more. We show you the real payment for each offer before you choose.

What is the easiest business loan to get approved for?

Loans backed by something specific, like equipment financing or invoice factoring, and revenue-based financing tend to have the lightest requirements. They can also cost more. The easiest loan is not always the right one, so we compare the total cost with you.

Can a startup LLC get a business loan?

Yes, but options are narrower and usually rely on the owner’s personal credit, collateral or a guarantee. Building business credit from the start and keeping clean bank statements opens more doors within the first year or two.

Do business loans require a personal guarantee?

Many do, especially for newer businesses and SBA loans. A strong business credit file and a few years of revenue can reduce how much you are personally on the hook.

What documents will I need?

Usually 3 to 6 months of business bank statements, a government ID and a voided business check. Some lenders also ask for tax returns, a profit and loss statement or a debt schedule. We give you the exact list for each program.

Do you charge to look at my options?

No. The strategy session and pre-qualification are free. If we work together on funding, we explain our fees in writing before anything is submitted.
