What counts as one automation?
One automation is one workflow with a single starting point, such as a new form fill or a missed call, plus the texts, emails and steps that follow it.
Which CRM do the automations run in?
They are built inside your CRM, so contacts, conversations and follow-up live in one place. If you do not have a CRM yet, we can set one up for $297 a month. Automation setup is a one-time fee.
What happens after the automations are built?
You get a written guide to every automation, so you know what each one does and when it runs. If you want changes later, the optional care plan covers updates, fixes and small additions for $597 a month, or we can quote a one-time change.
Will texts go out without permission?
No. Text messages only go to contacts who opted in, and every message includes a way to stop. Email follow-up works for everyone else.
